Shipping & Delivery

We process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times shown on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, it is under the courier's control. While we will assist where possible, we cannot directly control shipping times, delays, routing, customs processing, or other courier-related issues.

StyleHer is not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather conditions, strikes, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of our business and to protect against fraud and abuse, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchases, shipping delays, or items that do not meet personal expectations.

Refunds or replacements will only be considered if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective.
  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • A refund is required under applicable consumer protection laws.

Any issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery and may require photographic evidence.

Reason for No Refunds Policy

Because products are sourced, packed, processed, and shipped specifically for each order, costs are incurred immediately once an order is placed. For this reason, we cannot offer refunds after an order has been processed or shipped.
